Law No. 14,261/2021 reintroduced Article 628-A to the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT). This means employers will now be notified of administrative acts, inspections, summonses, and warnings through messages sent by labor relations oversight authorities. The platform will also allow for the receipt of documents requested for inspection purposes. Access to the electronic labor domicile will be granted through a digital certificate or access code, with the link to access the system still awaiting regulation.
