Bill (PL) No. 2436/2022 is currently being processed in the Senate, which provides certain rights to parents of children with disabilities.
Among the rights provided are (i) the receipt of a salary for parents who need to give up their work to care for a child with a disability and (ii) adjustment of working hours, if the child is active in the job market.
