CODAR Ordinance No. 46, of April 18, 2024, establishes a new procedure to be followed for the request for credit qualification resulting from a final court decision.
Although the procedure is still governed by IN RFB No. 2055/2021, the CODAR Ordinance eliminates the need to fill out the form called “Request for Credit Qualification Resulting from a Final Court Decision”, replacing it with the presentation of a digital process in the
e-CAC, in the “Web Requests” tab.
