The National Treasury Attorney General’s Office (PGFN) has extended the deadline for individual microentrepreneurs (MEIs) and micro-enterprises registered with Simples Nacional to regularize their debts with the Union.
The deadline that ended on October 30, 2022, was extended to December 31, 2022.
There are two possibilities for regularization:
Special Tax Regularization Program for Micro and Small Businesses participating in the Simples Nacional (PERT): Applicable to debts equal to or less than 60 minimum wages. With a down payment of 1% of the debt and installments in up to 57 monthly installments, with discounts of up to 40%. Regularization Program: Discount of up to 100% on interest, fines, and legal fees, with a down payment of 1% of the debt, which can be paid in up to 8 monthly installments, and the remaining amount in up to 137 monthly installments.
