There is no individual or legal entity in this world that doesn’t experience some kind of conflict. Now, with the advent of the COVID-19 pandemic, these conflicts are increasingly intense and escalating.
Based on this premise, the General Inspectorate of Justice created two projects to encourage the resolution of corporate conflicts resulting from the pandemic, namely:
– CG Provision No. 11/20: Pre-trial conciliation and mediation for business disputes. To participate, simply send a request to the email address with the documentation, request, and cause of action; and
– CG Provision No. 19/20: support for the renegotiation of obligations in the area of Bankruptcy and Judicial Recoveries. To participate, simply fill out the form template (available on the website: ) and send it to the email
These initiatives will enable dispute resolution regardless of the existence of a lawsuit, and precisely with the goal of preventing new lawsuits. This is an excellent initiative by the Ombudsman’s Office, which will help solve the various problems brought on by the pandemic.
