In order to simplify filling out the form and improve the quality of the information provided, at the end of 2022 the National Data Protection Authority released a new form for security incidents for personal data controllers.
The new document must be used to report personal data security incidents from January 2023.
If the form needs to be used, it must be signed by the company’s manager and sent in PDF format through the Single Networked Electronic Process System, whose company registration must always be updated.
