With the publication of Joint Ordinance MTP/RFB/ME No. 33 of 10/06/2022, as of January 16, 2023, companies must include in e-social information resulting from labor convictions, in addition to agreements signed with former employees.

The inclusion of data related to labor convictions in e-social is mandatory for all those who are required, by court order, to recognize or change an employment relationship or collect FGTS or social security contributions, only after the action has become final and binding, and must be informed by the 15th day of the month following this date.
