Parental alienation is a serious matter and must be handled with due caution to protect the child’s interests. To this end, Representative Shéridan introduced Bill 5588/20, seeking to amend the Civil Code, the Parental Alienation Law, and the Child and Adolescent Statute to modify some of the procedures provided therein. We continue to monitor the progress of the bill.
